FINFOX has been the leading software in Switzerland for years for the use in investment advice . It enables structuring the advising process in line with regulations and content development for all client segments.
FINFOX is used by

FINFOX is based on six key elements:
The modular, highly configurable “process construction kit ” allows a flexible structuring of the advisory process according to the bank’s requirements (according to function, customer segments, booking centres, etc.)
Risk assessment and portfolio optimization are carried out according to the latest state of the art.
Inclusion of all the regulations relevant to investment advice (e.g. FIDLEG, MiFID II, KAG, cross-border banking).
FINFOX is used by small and major financial service providers.
INDEPENDENCE FROM CORE BANKING SYSTEMS IN USE
FINFOX has a wide range of interfaces to standard core banking systems (Avaloq, ERI Olympique, Finnova, HP, SunGard, TCS Banks), different CRM systems and archive systems as well as to a wide range of other external and internal peripheral systems.
FINFOX is used in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, Singapore, Dubai and Luxemburg in different languages.
Data can be delivered in real-time or by batch processes.

SUCCESSFUL STANDARD SOFTWARE
FINFOX is a standard software that was launched from 2008 onwards in Canton banks, private banks and Raiffeisen banks in Switzerland. All the integration projects were successful and within cost estimates.
FINFOX has been upgraded and extended in conjunction with the banks.
COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
The current regulations for investment advice are considered in FINFOX. This provides bank and advisor automatically with support on compliance, respectively.
Future regulations will be implemented/integrated in FINFOX.
CUSTOMIZING AND INDUSTRIALISATION
Due to industrialisation of the advisory process, investment advice can be designed to meet the customer’s requirements simply and cost-effectively. This results in higher quality of advice and lower customer-related risk, hence greater added value for clients.

The investment advice processes of a bank can be defined by client segments, advisor roles, regulatory areas or other criteria.

The tools available are compliance reporting and a management information system.

The advisor is fully supported in preparation and follow-up of client meetings, during client meetings and in proactive client contact.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
FINFOX has a multichannel capability and offers a wide range of applications:

- FINFOX Touch: Tablet solution for client meetings
- FINFOX Advice: Hybrid solution for e-Banking (as of 2018).
All channels afford access to the same business logic; all read and write access is effected from and to the same contents and data, respectively. Data consistency is ensured in any case.
FINFOX Pro: ADVISOR WORKSTATION
FINFOX Pro, the advisor’s workstation, can be configured individually. It is used for the following activities:
- preparation and follow-up of client meetings
- ongoing portfolio monitoring
- proactive client contact
- preparation of the agenda for the client advisory meeting carrying out on FINFOX Touch
FINFOX Pro is a web application; conventional browsers are supported. As of October 2017, a new GUI will be in use.
Tablet-based tool to support client meetings (Face2Face):
- Supports the advisor in client meetings.
- Optimized for client meetings.
- The advice process is aligned to the course of conversation.
- Interactivity optimizes the advice process for advisor and client.
- Several advice options can be discussed, and these are prepared in FINFOX Pro.
- Runs on iPads (iOS) and Surface Tablets (Windows).
FINFOX ADVICE: HYBRID ADVICE TOOL
As of 2018, FINFOX Advice will enable flexible collaboration between client and advisor via e-banking on a range of devices with different functionalities.
FINFOX Advice offers a virtual continuum of advice options, from simple self-help (“RoboAdvice”) up to guided advice where the advisor supports and leads the client through the process.
The bank determines which types of advice it will allow.
FINFOX customers currently include:
